This chakra refers to a sense of connection, union, community, balance, individual development, love for oneself and others. In the body, it refers to the organs, in external life to the union with people, other beings and environment.

heart and thymus, circulatory system, hands, ribs.

THE BALANCED CHAKRA FEATURES:

efficient immune system, self-love, self-acceptance, connection with others, the ability to receive and give, the light radiation coming from the core.

EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS RELATED TO THE DEFICIENCY:

feelings of loneliness and isolation, fear of intimacy or being too close to other person, difficulties in relationships, low level of empathy, lack of satisfaction in relationships.

EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS RELATED TO THE EXCESS:

co-dependency (focusing on others more than on yourself), dependence on others, feeling jealous of other people, lack of tolerance, rigidity in the assessment of others, low self-esteem.
