This chakra refers to the fire. Agni – the digestive fire, is the base of well-being. This fire may be too intensely ignited or may be subdued, causing the deposition of toxins and the feeling of weakness of the body, apathy, lack of vitality. The internal fire leads to the goal, drives the willpower, allows action. It is the place that stimulates the ego, its motivation and transformation.

chase of thoughts, rush, constant readiness for action, strong stimulation of the body, domination, control, so-called burning, too fast metabolism.

body sides stretch, standing positions – strengthening (e.g. warriors, moon, twists), sitting and lying twists, strengthening the torso, toning and stimulating the area of the solar plexus (e.g. backward bends from the lying down position on the stomach), stick and plank poses.
